Latest update on this case 👇🏻

1. So far, Canara Bank has not taken any concrete action, not even transfer of the culprit.

2. An extensive search is underway to identify the person who uploaded the video.

3. The majority trade union @CBOAofficial ,which claims to be the largest after SBI in terms of numbers and used to take credit for every small positive thing happening in the bank, is not bothering to intervene.

4. Other minority trade unions have written a letter to the bank for formalities only.

5. The management of @canarabank doesn’t want to punish the culprit, allowing other individuals like him to continue such acts.

6. By issuing such circulars, banks want to demonstrate their support for this type of toxic work culture.

This person @LokapatiS, who has been transferred five times in a year himself, is making these statements:

1. "If there is a call from my section and you are not participating, including holidays."

2. "Chhuti le k jayenge family k liye.. Are bhad me jaye teri family. Mera kya jata hai bhai."

3. "Bank ne naukari diya hai kaam karne k liye, family le k ghumne k liye. I don’t care about your family. I even don’t care about my family."

Three responses from my side ;
1. Holiday tere baap ne diya hai kya ?
2. Pehle apni family ko bhad me bhej.
3. Tu m** ch**** bank mein. Hame kya !!

It has come to our knowledge that as an executive, he himself is enjoying a home state posting.

The MD & CEO of @canarabank, who openly advocates for work-life balance, must suspend this person; otherwise, it will be considered that he agrees with the points made by this individual.

I understand there is no use in involving @CBOAofficial in this matter because individuals like them have grown in confidence due to this trade union. Only when they have time away from garlanding and bootlicking, they might consider doing some welfare work.
