@InPostUK 2 trips to different locations that your website said had availability only to find, when I got there that there isn't. Waste of time, petrol and reduction in my profits! So disappointing. How can I be sure I can meet my customer's needs and post the parcel?

@SkyUK For months Netflix has not been loading on mini box almost every day. Other apps load fine. Called Sky countless times, spending 1hr+ per call resetting this/that. Main box was replaced. Still doesn't work. I'm told it's a known Sky issue for many users. Is this the case?

@British_Airways my son's title is incorrectly shown on his ticket as 'Miss' should be 'Master/Mr' will this cause any issues when flying from Newcastle to London or London to Vancouver?

@Ryanair I applied for refund 16 May 20. Informed it would be processed in 20 wkg days. Tried DMing but keep getting 'message bot' which for some reason doesn't understand the one Q Ryanair must be most frequently asked atm. When I will receive the refund - it is overdue?
