@BootsHelp hello, I am trying to locate my full advantage card number but it doesn’t seem to exist anywhere! Only the full numbers with the final three numbers starred out (which I need to make my advance card purchase!). Could anyone help me with this please?
@Tesco how are you cracking down on people without children using parent and child spaces? I’m just at Tesco now and witness three people using parent of child spaces with no children in the car. If I take their registration and show it to customer service, will anything be done
@LNER please can you help? A family member was meant to be on the 10:40 Durham to King’s Cross train which has been cancelled. Does the next direct train have any available seats to book? They were booked on a 1st class ticket.

@TLRailUK hello, could you help me understand the child ticket policy on Thameslink? I was travelling with my 7 year old between St Panc and East Croydon and was told I needed a child ticket. Are they not free with a paying adult?
