@swarajk_ 1 simple solution govt can fix all of this textile issues with say umm 50-100 cr. I am from this industry. Govt needs to build one massive accommodation building to house labour and ensure bus connections everywhere in 100 km radius for Tiruppur, the largest cluster.

I have a loop for my voice agent to improve each week. Lead qualification costs will trend downward as a result. Ringg is a replaceable part of the loop, entire loop needs to be ringg for you to leave competition behind.

One click CRM integration and boom ringg is gonna make updates in CRM making your own CRM would be a bad use of resource.

Let me give you the loop here:

Lead lands in crm, calls goes out, number of attempts over course of days is fixed no more than 5 calls per lead over say a week, call happens your custom analysis webhook gives out field updates and api writes transcripts in crm, 3 layers 1 deterministic 1 LLM keep watch of red lines, 3rd layer is a orchestrator on weekly cron suggests tweaks to the system maybe say prompt changes etc… human just approves or rejects changes. Loop goes on each week, lead qualification costs trends downward over say 3 months. Win. Entire loop needs to be within RINGG no one has the full loop I looked around.

I have been a user of Bigin for sometime now, the pace of feature upgrades in age of AI is abysmal to be honest.

Whatsapp integration needs an upgrade quick, auto replies, broadcast campaigns should be easy via CRM.
