Hi, my niece and brother applied for reissue of the passport in February and March respectively @rpopatna and it’s been almost three months and and still showing under evaluation at regional office. Can you please let me know the reason for it.

@rpopatna 2. Upon call it’s been informed that the documents are sent to SSP office for verification on 17th April but SSP office in Muzaffarpur have never received any request for verification. So I don’t understand how many more month it will take to send the documents for verification.
