@AmazonUK how do I give proper written feedback on our delivery experience outside of just the tick boxes? I'm sick of drivers dumping the boxes on our doorstep before even ringing the bell and walking straight away. Is it too much for them to wait and hand a package over?

@HM_Passport hi, I applied for a new passport in my new married name in Oct, approved in Nov & received new passport end of Nov. Still waiting for my marriage certificate to be returned despite paying the extra for the postage back - can you advise when I can expect it please?

@madedotcom so after waiting 14 weeks for a sofa meant to be delivered in 10-12 weeks, your delivery company has delivered (AND LEFT) the wrong sofa at my house twice this week. I don't have space to act as a second warehouse for incorrect sofas and just want the one I ordered!

@UberEats @ubereats_uk my order was originally due for delivery 7:45-8:05 latest. It's now been through 10+ delivery partners and has a delivery time of 8:40, but I cannot cancel or contact anyone to sort this out? How is this ok?I don't want cold food delivered an hour late.

Hey @TfL , when are you going to start fining/refusing entry onto public transport for those not wearing a mask? It's mandatory, all the signs and posters and notifications I get say so, but every time I'm on public transport there's at least 20% of people not wearing a mask?

Perhaps you should take off the @CollectPlus returns option @ASOS as I've been to 3 shops today to be told they're not taking any parcels. It'd help cut down unnecessary journeys

@LucyPartridgeuk @Tesco Unfortunately not, it was the previous order. Thankfully most of the changes I'd made were because items weren't available and Tesco substituted most of them anyway so didn't cause too many issues for us. Hope you're able to get what you want!
