The fact is #Eritrean forces are still in #Tigray, not at the borders! This recent picture shows Eritrean forces in Shire. Tigray had handed over heavey weapons, & Eritrean & non-ENDF forces should have concurrently left Tigray as per the pact @_AfricanUnion #EritreaOutOfTigray
