And maybe you can explain @CitiBikeNYC@NYC_DOT , why after reaching out to @lyft with screen shots of the emails requesting and providing photo of the damage, Lyft customer service reps continue to refuse to reverse the charges, despite doing precisely what I was told to do?
Hey @CitiBikeNYC@NYC_DOT Can you explain why when I reported a damaged docking triangle to @lyft, provided a photo of the damaged triangle, and was told to leave the bike undocked at a station and no charges for the bike would be incurred, Lyft still charged me $100+? 1/2
@nyc311@voteshekar@NYPD115Pct Your survey doesn't include "the local police precinct lied about illegal parking not being its jurisdiction and refused to do anything about an issue that squarely falls in its responsibility."
Hi there @nyc311 & @voteshekar Turns out the @NYPD115Pct believes illegal parking is not their jurisdiction. If not the purview of the police, what agency does it fall under and why is 311 sending to local precinct?
@Streetfilms@nyc311@voteshekar@NYPD115Pct I'm sympathetic to the idea that keeping on top of illegal parking is hard for the @NYPD115Pct . (They made it harder though by ignoring dozens of 311 complaints) Not sympathetic to a falsehood that illegal parking does not fall under the jurisdiction of the police department.
This morning the @NYPD115Pct couldn't find the illegal parking again. Maybe @voteshekar can help the traffic enforcement unit with a walk to the block and a trip to Cohen's?
This has been an ongoing issue for months at this point. I'm sympathetic this might be hard to stop entirely, but obviously this is a block that deserves a regular patrol for ticketing. @voteshekar@NYPD115Pct
@JimRockaway@TransAlt@NYC_SafeStreets@StreetsblogNYC I actually think it should be standard to have to pass a written test every X years. I passed a written test at 16 in another state. The only test I have ever done to renew is an eye exam.

@voteshekar @LGBTNetworkNY @34_ave Appalled this has been happening, though sadly not surprised given the aggressive misinformation campaign underway, and disappointed that a condemnation of hateful acts hasn't been forthcoming.
We are live as @nyc_dot presents what it is calling a โPaseo Parkโ for the permanent 34th Avenue Open Street. No idea what that means, yet, but thatโs why weโre here. #thisisstreetsblog
So hey @Glassdoor@GDforEmployers & @IndeedSupport@indeed It's been almost a month, and still no action taken on an employer's job posting that is blatant violation of U.S. labor law, which prohibits using national origin in hiring decisions. https://t.co/2hk3c8vI5W

Hey @Glassdoor how long will a job post stating "Mother Tongue: English - an absolute must" remain on your site? This is a clear violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964,which bans employment discrimination based on national origin. https://t.co/2hk3c8vI5W
Thanks for stopping by @34_ave@NYCMayor & @ydanis w/ our new Councilmember @voteshekar It's importance to focus on the good & what's working to improve the whole city (as well as address our city's problems). Missed you on my walk & trip to farmer's market!
Here is our @NYCMayor jump roping! He is an excellent jump roper! Plus he is such a good sport & he radiates positive energy. You can agree or disagree with him but he really seems to enjoy the job & interacting with NYers.
