When you hear Jalang'o say Sifuna doesn't do oversight for Nairobi county, then you watch Sifuna in the senate, you'll quickly understand why Jalang'o is Ruto's friend

This guy here was sentenced to 67 years in prison for stealing 313 million. His people knew he’s a convicted criminal, nevertheless they elected him as their MP to manage NGCDF & other funds for them. Who is the problem?
Guys, MPESA is very very convenient but mennnnnnnn... Its very expensive. Those transaction and withdrawal fees are very high.
@CBKKenya there must be something that can be done about this @SafaricomPLC
This is @HEBabuOwino in his university days when he called for a strike and the university deployed heavy police presaence so he changed it from a strike and decided to change it to a crusade as police watched as it was not illegal to hold a religious ceremony.
"Dennis Itumbi gave me a KSh 2.5 million fake cheque that almost got me arrested," Arrowvee, a Kenyan musician, calls out President Ruto's office for allegedly giving him a fake cheque.
What we are witnessing is not random chaos. It is state-sponsored thuggery dressed up as “politics.”
Under the leadership of William Ruto, goons have become a political tool. They trail opposition rallies. They provoke. They disrupt. And when violence erupts, police stand aside or worse, they shield them.
In Kitengela last weekend, blood was spilled and a life was lost to a police bullet.
In Kakamega, citizens were left nursing injuries.
In Kisii today, pangas were brandished on air like we are a failed state. This is not coincidence. This is a pattern.
When a regime cannot win the argument, it manufactures fear.
When it cannot inspire hope, it funds intimidation. Violence has become an investment strategy because peace is too risky for a government that knows it has betrayed its own promises.
The Inspector General may wear the uniform of authority, but everyone knows the chain of command ends elsewhere. Officers on the ground are demoralized. Many know what is happening is wrong, but they understand the cost of defiance transfers, dismissals, public humiliation, branded “traitors” for choosing the Constitution over political survival. That is how authoritarian systems operate: reward loyalty to an individual, punish loyalty to the law.
Let’s call it what it is. This is fear of 2027. A leader confident in his record does not unleash chaos. A leader certain of victory does not flirt with anarchy. If violence is the insurance policy for staying in office, then the country itself becomes collateral damage.
The plan is simple: intimidate, destabilize, suppress, and if necessary, manipulate the outcome. But a nation of millions cannot be permanently bullied by a handful of hired disruptors.
This is bigger than parties. Bigger than coalitions. Bigger than individual ambitions.
It is about whether Kenya remains a constitutional democracy or slides into state-engineered disorder.
If goons are the shield of power, then unity must be the shield of the people.
Not tribal unity. Not party unity. National unity.
History has shown one truth over and over: when citizens unite with clarity and courage, even the most entrenched regimes crumble.
2027 will not be decided by pangas or police escorts for thugs. It will be decided by the collective will of a people who refuse to be ruled by fear.
