@Uber_Support my food order did not arrive and I was unable to contact the driver. He/she would not andwer the call. When I go to support on the app and enter the information I get a page of text regarding reimbursement but no facility to progress my claim. Please advise
@easyJet I paid twice for my case to go in the hold. I get that a case takes up space, makes a plane heavier etc and that we cover the cost of the fuel etc but this is cynical and rampant fuckery in the extreme.
@easyJet you really are greedy fuckers. My husband kindly booked me a flight from Brussels to Geneva and checked me in. I got to the gate only to be told that I had to pay to take my case into the cabin as he had paid for it to go in the hold (unbeknownst to me). Paid twice. Thx.
@easyJet every single flight I have taken to or from Geneva in the past four years has been delayed by at least one hour. Why is that? And is this the service to expect for the foreseeable?
@easyJet my family and I have taken 10 flights this summer and not one of them has landed on time, at least 2 of them being over 4 hours late. What is your problem?

@LeShuttle Can you update me on the situation with flexiplus passengers arriving at Folkestone? I took out a small mortgage to pay for flexiplus precisely in order to avoid delays as I have to get to Brussels by 5pm. We have been at a standstill for 20 mins at Passport control.
