@Telstra Yes I spoke to a very rude lady who said to me “what do you want me to do about your problem put up a tower?” My response was yes there is a black spot tower flagged for near our place what is the status on that, no response and she hung up on me!

@Telstra Yes we are still having issues and it seems this isn’t important because we live rural despite having a child with an anaphylactic allergy and a landline that isn’t reliable we seem to muddle our way through. If I could change provider I would in a heartbeat
