@UPS I paid $327 to send 2 packages. One to be delivered Saturday at noon was sent to wrong location and still has not arrived. 2nd package driver never showed just sent to hold location. Awful terrible service.

@verizon customer for 20+ years. Storm knocked out power and internet for 3 days. All I had was my cell phone and now you’ve kicked me off 5G and throttled my data rate so phone is useless. Called to get this fixed and got a 7-11 hour call back. @tmobile @att want a new customer?
