@WarwickCastle hi, please can you help. I was trying to book tickets using a Big Ticket Savings code. I bought the Cadbury product today and the code is valid until June 2025. Tickets are available for the date we want, but when I input the code it says it's no longer valid

@RoyalMail hi I sent some very important documents on Friday last week by special delivery and they've still not arrived. Obviously appreciate the strike's been on but am now quite concerned. Can you advise when they might arrive?
@sainsburys Hi, wondered if you could help. Just got an email to say my card wasn't working - 20 mins into my delivery spot. I've been on the helpline for 30 mins now and no one is picking up. Does this mean my order will no longer come today? Thanks
@paulcraigyyy@sainsburys I've been on the phone for 45 minutes now. Really frustrating to send an alert about an issue so late in the day and then have no one on the phones to resolve the problem!
@Tate Hi. Really disappointed to have joined as a member to get tickets to the Infinity Mirror Rooms exhibition. After waiting 4 hours I was unable to book, despite it saying there were tickets available.
