@MonicaAMurthy I’m always on the fence w/ this. I’m a believer ppls should be compensated for their time. In the past if they aren’t successful I give them $ for their time. Helps level the field esp when ppls have other obligations such as kids, caregiving, etc where 1hr is tough to find.
