Why is @Debenhams customer service so appalling. I can't cancel a subscription that is as set up in error and they keep taking our money and sending items we don't want. Yet no one will respond to our messages it's been over a week now!!!!!

@NOWHelpTeam Has this been fixed yet as I still can't get it to work and I really need to speak to someone asap about my broadband price! The chat doesn't work as it's a chat bot and doesn't let me just talk to someone!

Terrible service from @EE Trying to.sort our new broadband. First they say no one was in when we took day off to wait for installation. Now we call and wait 40 mins on two occasions with no answer!!! Now they are saying they will cancel order if we don't call!!!!
Why is it taking so long for @NOWHelpTeam and @LGUK to fix the issue with being able to watch the Now app! Happy to still take my money though for an unwatchable service!
@NOWHelpTeam I'm sure we can reasonably expect a refund on our package now as it has been unavailable for 4 days. Not good enough. Why pay for a service you are not receiving?
@marksandspencer really disappointed with these flowers by husband got me for my birthday. He purchased them Friday evening and this was how they looked yesterday on my birthday.
