MATHIAS KASHINDI, the Head of the Directorate of Law Reform in the Justice Ministry, has RESIGNED as a Member of the Namibia Medicines Regulatory Council (NMRC) because of illegalities, irregularities & CORRUPTION. It so happens that the powerful Clique in the NMRC, in the pocket of MIDDLEMEN, cornered and/or forced him to allow Corruption particularly the Importation and supply of Medicines that are not APPROVED and/or REGISTERED by Council outside the Medicines and Related Substances Control Act (Act No. 13 of 2003). Listen to him in his CORRUPTION CONFIRMING RESIGNATION LETTER; “As a legal practitioner who took oath to defend and protect the cnstitution and tge law of the Republic of Namibia, I would like to DISTANCE MYSELF from committing any illegality, let alone, continue to work with a Council that disregard the rule of law. Against the above backdrop, I HEREBY RESIGN from the Namibia Medicines Regulatiry Council and its Commitees. My resignation is with IMMEDIATE EFFECT”. With the resignation of the ONLY LEGAL PERSON on Council, the Corrupt Clique seemingly continued with the Corrupt Importation and supply of UNREGISTERED and UNAPPROVED medicines. The tablets we intercepted at Ngoma Border post is one such case. The Young Minister Lady only need to answer these three (3) questions; (1) Is the Quinine Sulphate that was intercepted by Eagle 25 at Ngoma Border Registered or authorized in Namibia? (2) Relatedly, Is the Quinine that is on the PURCHASE ORDER the SAME as the one that was DELIVERED? (3) Is Ngoma Border post an AUTHORIZED and/or DESIGNATED entryway for medicines in terms of the Act? The answers are OBVIOUS and ONLY CORRUPTION that made it possible! A PLAN has been developed for the Young Minister Lady to be given a Script of WHAT TO SAY and HOW TO DEFEND the CORRUPTION using flowering language and rhetoric. She will be DELIVERED. With Kashindi gone, the Young Lady’s INDUCTION with the corrupt Council will take place on 5 June 2025. My People, there is NO CHANGE and it seems there WILL BE NO CHANGE. Corruption will seemingly Continue because the November Rallies and Campaigns Must be Funded by MIDDLEMEN! It is soo SAD 😭😭 that they have Chosen HEALTH as a Corruption Construction Site while our People Suffer. But we will CONTINUE TO FIGHT!
