@IkejaElectric we bring to your notice that for the past 7days in Igbogbo/Bayeku area we have not had light. Some areas in Ikorodu are enjoying light, the reason for this "apartheid" is not known. Yet by month end your staff will go round with ladders. We are going to resist them

Hello, it's a big pity this is taking extra long a time.
I have gotten responses from Ifedolapo. A, Bisola, Chigozie, Temitayo, Hammad. A, Nta. A, Dorcas. O, Oluwatimilehin. A and Kiki all to no avail.
@Sterling_Bankng This is really frustrating.
As I said before, it's not about the amount involved (N4000), but about the level of customer service being exhibited. This is not good enough.

Hello, this is to continuously register my displeasure on the failure by your bank to resolve my complaint on failed transaction. It is about 3weeks since I made the report, yet no headway.
@Sterling_Bankng It's really frustrating and truly not about the amount involved, but about the quality of service.
Pls let me know if it's "unsolvable'.
From a pissed off Customer.

Hello, I really don't understand why it is taking so long (well over two weeks) to resolve this issue.
I have received several correspondences, even from "Kiki" yet no resolution.
