@EurostarUK@Eurostar please can someone help us. Our train has been cancelled for tomorrow, trying to re book for another train but as we need a wheelchair space and assistance we canโt do it online. Been on hold for an hour and theyโve cut out call off.
@TPEassist My husband and son have been queueing outside limestreet since 6pm, still there and been told theyโre in the wrong queue now along with many others . They knew it would be busy but over 4 hours to access a station does seem extreme.
@LEGO_Group we recently visited your Leicester sq branch with our daughter who is a full time wheelchair user. Staff were fantastic but did advise us that the lift wasnโt working and very rarely does! Is there anyway this could be looked at?!
@CityofYork , I have just taken my daughter to use the @ChangingPlaceUK in Silver Street. Itโs disgusting. The hoist doesnโt work ( it didnโt in April either) it stinks of smoke and is generally awful. Is anything going to get done about it?
@CityofYork your Silver Street changing place toilet has been wrecked, the hoist doesnโt work and it is filthy. Please could you advise when this will be fixed as my mum had to struggle lifting my 19 year old daughter today, dangerous and undignified. @ChangingPlaceUK
