@josh_4yng @C_3C_3 As someone who lived in South Africa. YOU HAVE TO PAY to get your birth certificate, your ID, marriage cert and your drivers license. There are people that walk 20 miles to vote. We all get our license at 16 17...there is no excuse in the USA!
