@A_Richards77@Littlebrownwren@Sflecce@fordnation I say no. The school boards won't even know if the staff are vaccinated. It is a personal choice not mandatory. There needs to be an element of trust that your child/children's educators will do everything to keep everyone safe.
#NEW: Lots of chatter today from gov't sources on cabinet shuffle coming soon...speculation is that @RodPhillips01 is coming back, @KingaSurmaMPP is becoming a minister and @Sflecce is likely moving portfolios #ONPoli#onted🧐
@djOpel@CheriDiNovo I have friend that are teachers in Toronto but live in Halton and were able to book their vaccine for the 21 and 22. They said all Toronto educators are able to get the vaccine
@Lexa40459134@JeffWeissberger I understand the point they are trying to make. I just think we need to be mindful of all employees in schools as everyone is equally as important.
@missy32pauls @CheriDiNovo@Sflecce This was the same in my area. I feel bad the school boards are doing what they can but @Sflecce needed to take the responsibility of the testing and not throw it on individual PH units and school boards! Also why pre register when you have to wait in the same line as drop ins?
@Travisdhanraj@Sflecce Here is what I want to know. I am an education worker who does not get paid at March Break, so if @Sflecce cancels the Break is he planning on paying me and the 1000's of others who he expects to now possibly work March Break?
@Travisdhanraj@FarahNasser @ACarterglobal @globalnewsto Question: With a stay at home order in effect and living in Peel a hot spot and expected to return to in person teaching at the end of January in a non hot spot Halton am I able to cross regions and will I have to have some sort of documentation to say I am able to be commuting?
Morning Folks!
What are your questions about the new measures / "stay at home order" announced yesterday by Premier Ford?
Pls RT and reply w/ Q's-- @FarahNasser @ACarterglobal and I will try to get you some answers from the gov't tonight on @globalnewsto#Onpoli#COVID19
