A restaurant in Wyoming says this family ate a $130 meal then left without paying.

The owner decided NOT to contact the police since they reportedly failed to arrest another group who stole from the restaurant in 2024.

The Casper Police Department is now criticizing the owner for publicly posting pictures of the thieves, saying it's "not the most appropriate tactic."

In Texas a man told me he was fixin' to eat.

He did not eat.

He continued to sit. He continued to talk. Twenty minutes later he was still, by his own account, fixin' to eat.

I asked what "fixin' to" means.

He said, "It means I'm fixin' to."

I asked when he would eat.

He said, "Soon."

He did not eat that day. I was there. I watched.

So I began collecting evidence. I kept a list. I am not embarrassed about the list.

I have now heard "fixin' to" used before: eating. Leaving. Arriving. Calling someone. Not calling someone. Buying a truck. Selling a truck. Fixing something. Not fixing something. Thinking about fixing something at some point in the general future.

A woman at a gas station told me she was fixin' to pump gas.

She was already pumping gas.

I did not point this out. I understood, in that moment, that "fixin' to" is not about the future. It is about the announcement.

You do not do the thing. You declare the thing. The declaration is the thing.

In Japan we have a word, "yoroshiku," which is said before an action to ask for the goodwill of everyone involved. I thought this was similar. It is not similar. Yoroshiku is a request. Fixin' to is a weather report about your own soul.

I began using it. Carefully at first, the way a man handles a borrowed sword.

I told a waitress I was fixin' to order.

She said, "Take your time, hon."

She was not rushing me. She understood. In Texas, being fixin' to something is a state of being. It does not require follow-through.

I told a police officer, who had stopped me for going forty in a thirty-five, that I was fixin' to slow down.

He looked at me for a long moment. He looked at my face. He looked at the road ahead.

Then he said, "Well, alright then," and let me go.

I wish to be extremely clear that I am not claiming those two events are related.

I am also not claiming they are unrelated.

A man at a hardware store asked what brought me to Texas.

I told him I was fixin' to find out.

He put his hand on my shoulder like I had said something wise.

He said, "That's the only right answer, partner."

I have been in Texas nine days.

I have not finished a single thing I said I would do.

Nobody has minded.

I have started saying it in other states.

It does not work in other states.

In New York a man behind me in line asked if I was ordering. I said I was fixin' to. He said, "So order."

I miss Texas.

I said it in a diner in Ohio. A woman looked up from her coffee, tilted her head, and said, "Are you fixin' to, or are you gonna?"

I said, "Ma'am, I do not know yet."

She was quiet for a moment. She looked at me the way a grandmother looks at a slow but well-meaning child.

Then she said, "Then you're fixin' to. Sit down, hon. I'll get you coffee."

She was from Amarillo.

I did not ask how I knew.

I knew because she knew.

I understand it now.

You do not have to be in Texas to be in Texas.

You just have to be fixin' to.

Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to secretly retrieve US made Stinger Missiles that the State Dept had supplied to Ansar al Sharia in Libya WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission.

Sec State Hillary Clinton had brokered the Libya deal through Ambassador Stevens and a Private Arms Dealer named Marc Turi, but some of the shoulder fired Stinger Missiles ended up in Afghanistan where they were used against our own military. On July 25th, 2012, a US Chinook helicopter was downed by one of them. Not destroyed only because the idiot Taliban didn't arm the missile. The helicopter didn't explode, but it had to land and an ordnance team recovered the missile’s serial number which led back to a cache of Stinger Missiles kept in

Qatar by the CIA.

Obama and Hillary were in full panic mode, so Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to retrieve the rest of the Stinger Missiles. This was a "do-or-die" mission, which explains the Stand Down Orders given to multiple rescue teams during the siege of the US Embassy.

It was the State Dept, NOT the CIA, that supplied the Stinger Missiles to our sworn enemies because Gen. Petraeus at CIA would not approve supplying the deadly missiles due to their potential use against commercial aircraft. So then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus when he refused to testify in support of Obama’s phony claim of a “spontaneous uprising caused by a YouTube video that insulted Muslims.”

THIS is what the investigation is all about, WHY she had a Private Server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and WHY Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was the result of the YouTube video, even though everyone KNEW it was not.

Furthermore, the Taliban knew that the administration had aided and abetted the enemy WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission, so they began pressuring (blackmailing) the Obama Administration to release five Taliban generals being held at Guantanamo.

Bowe Bergdahl was just a useful pawn used to cover the release of the Taliban generals. Everyone knew Bergdahl was a traitor but Obama used Bergdahl’s exchange for the five Taliban generals to cover that Obama was being coerced by the Taliban about the unauthorized Stinger Missile deal.

So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised, as well and a Sec of State that is a serial liar, who perjured herself multiple times at the Congressional Hearings on Benghazi. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft were called upon for help in Benghazi: because the administration knew that our enemies had Stinger Missiles that, if used to down those planes, would likely be traced back to the CIA cache in Qatar and then to the State Dept’s illegitimate arms deal in Libya.

The Truth Behind “Peace”

In both Islam and the modern Left, peace does not mean coexistence - it means complete submission.

Their “tolerance” extends only to those who accept humiliation and live under their ideological rule.

Muhammad demanded war against all who rejected him. Within 25 years of his death, Muslim armies had overrun vast Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist, and Zoroastrian lands—territory spanning what would become more than 28 modern nations. For 1,400 years jihad continued, and to this day, not a week passes without Islamic fundamentalists killing in the name of Allah.

Muhammad himself declared: “I have been ordered to fight until they testify there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger.” In the last nine years of his life, he ordered no fewer than 65 military campaigns to enforce it. He inspired his men with promises of loot, slaves, women, and a lust-filled paradise. He beheaded captives, raped women, and enslaved children—and Muslims are still told to emulate his example.

The modern Left, rooted in communism, mirrors the same logic: stay silent, conform, bend the knee - or be destroyed. Communists slaughtered over 100 million people in the 20th century under the same justification: history had a “destined course,” and anyone who stood in its way had to be silenced, reeducated, or eliminated.

Today’s progressives dress it up with softer words - “equity,” “inclusion,” “justice” - but the reality is the same forced obedience. Dissent is crushed, speech is censored, and anyone refusing to submit is socially, politically, or financially destroyed.

Islam calls it peace. Communism calls it progress. Both mean submission.

So the question is… Who will be added to this list next?

After hours and days debating with Grok4 Heavy on options to get you asap to 25% of voting power, the conclusion is that Nasdaq rules (i.e. Rule 5640 below) will prevent Tesla from issuing super-voting shares (either by using the preferred shares we already have in the Texas Cert of Formation or by introducing Class B shares), as the IPO bylaws did not include them from the start.

So our options are very limited:
- negotiate with Nasdaq an exception (very unlikely to succeed)
- tie everything to your next performance-based equity grants for the common stock we all hold (with the dilution that comes with it)
- share buybacks to counter dilution (I don't even dare write this, lol)
- you purchasing Tesla stock (same)

I feel we are stuck and this is very frustrating.
