Each of us can be plotted on a continuum between Alice and Dick. Ask yourself where you fall on this spectrum. Ask yourself where others fall on this spectrum. Ask yourself where you should invest your credulity. Ask yourself how confidently you should assert your own views.
I propose a new term:
“Conceptual rehypothecation.”
Alice knows a thing in her own experience. Bob hears Alice’s explanation and conveys it, rehypothecated, to Carol. Carol relates her best understanding of the third-hand phenomenon to Dick. Dick writes a book.
Have you ever thought about what it might feel like to be on the other end of you? Do you complain every day? Imagine what it might feel like to listen to constant complaints. Do you criticize those around you? Imagine what it might feel like to be constantly criticized. Wake up.
I don't discount anyone's ability to learn. But if you want my help, you gotta wanna learn.

@RomeoStevens76 I doubt it will be so tidy. As soon as we normalize "healthy," someone deemed unhealthy will run the table. (Until we deem that person healthy, setting the stage for the next renegade.) It is, you see, a dynamic system.

I made up the "sozage" word to approximate a mock French pronunciation of "sausage." I like to have fun with menu descriptions to invoke deliciousness.
Very pleased with this flavor combination. The sausage was roasted in the home rotisserie, the jasmine rice steamed in a Japanese rice cooker, and the frozen brocolli and fresh onions toasted in an air fryer with generously spritzed extra virgin olive oil. Dijon mustard from jar.
