@TfL I’ve just had the displeasure of signing up to the CC & Ulez app for an urgent trip into London yesterday. One of the worst websites I’ve ever seen! In addition to this having to pay in full regardless of being exempt and then having to claim. Utterly disgraceful!

@SurreyCouncil Sadly this isn’t the case. The road was closed to cut down a tree which actually wasn’t in the way and could have been done at another time after giving us prior notice. The gas works is ANOTHER road closure which we didn’t know about
