I see that you've cancelled both the 0700 PAD to BRI and the 0712 PAD to CDF @GWRHelp How can I now get from DID to BRI? Are you going to get the 0729 PAD to BRI to stop at DID so that your customers at DID can actually catch a train?
@GWRHelp Thanks for the reply Kyle. Train finally arrived 15 minutes late, on the wrong platform and only half the number of carriages it should be. GWR excelling in customer experience yet again.
Where is our train @GWRHelp ? Currently on platform 13 at BRI waiting for the 1729 BRI - PAD, no train, platform staff have no clue where the train is.
Hi @GWRHelp I'm currently at Swindon (where I've been for the last 2 1/4 hours) trying to get to Didcot. Station staff unable to help with onward journey, will you cover the cost of a taxi to Didcot?
What's going on with the 1729 BRI - PAD @GWRHelp ? There's a train, but the doors are locked and there's no driver. When are you going to sort this out?
Your service is an absolute shambles yet again @GWRHelp - just been kicked off the 1729 BRI - PAD because the train manager hasn't turned up. It was already bad enough when you only sent 5 carriages instead of 9. This is totally unacceptable.
Hi @BrewDog how do I report a breakage on a delivery and get a replacement? Have tried sending an email to the address indicated on the support section of your website with no response.
