An on duty house surgeon attacked by a person taken for medical examination by the @TheKeralaPolice at Taluk Hospital in Kottarakkara, Kollam Distt, this morning.

Stabbed the examining doctor and few others including police personnel with surgical knife.

The doctor, a female, sustained injuries to neck and was critical. We’ve received reports that she just expired while undergoing intensive care.

@imakerala has called for complete shutdown in the state.

The New Guidelines by @NMC_IND for MBBS ABROAD is a good measure by @MoHFW_INDIA . 3 things are clear
1- You have to clear NEET UG In India
2- Mbbs equivalent course you are taking admission should be of similar curriculum.
3- U must get license to practice in tht country.
