@betterux_ @FranciscAknai A2 | Lack of basic process or clear channels of communication. I always try really hard to identify who all the stakeholders are including those silent ones by facilitating a group sessions. A good UX discovery workshop will ID a load of stuff #UXChat

I also think it's important to ensure that execs feel involved. Allow them to own some of the credit. #uxchat
