How can conferences like BLET help deliver clean power by 2030?
The new Government’s ambitious mission to achieve clean power by 2030 will require an unprecedented acceleration in delivering clean energy infrastructure. This can’t be achieved without a faster-paced, supportive policy environment.
So, what is needed?
Collaboration – not only between the public and private sectors, but between government departments and businesses across a range of industries – holds the key to delivering the energy transition and government’s wider economic growth ambitions.
@energygovuk 's Michael Shanks (@mgshanks) MP, Minister for Energy and Chris Stark (@StarkClimate), Head of ‘Mission Control’ for Clean Power 2030, explain why events like BLET are paramount to the energy transition and ensuring collaboration between government and the private sector…
BLET is in partnership with Accenture UK & Ireland, Barclays, Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), Corporate Leaders Groups, @hitachienergy and @NatWestGroup.
Clean power by 2030? We hear from Chris Stark (@StarkClimate) in his first public engagement since becoming Chair of the UK government's Mission Control.

We caught up with Chris Stark, Head of ‘Mission Control’ for Clean Power 2030, UK @energygovuk, to discuss why BLET is important to accelerating progress and maintain the UK’s leadership ahead of #COP29…
