@ItsEduardoG @IvanCharts @craigbrockie It’s hard to know the point of “that’s expected” and medically unwell, right? I broke my fast early (110 hrs vs 130) for the same reasons and I was getting very sensitive to temp changes. Very happy with the results tho! IMO, everyone has to listen to their own bodies.😊

@IvanCharts @ItsEduardoG @craigbrockie I’m 88 hours in of a 130 hour fast. That 3rd day BLOWS! Not feeling as hungry on day 4, but noticed my lifts today were remarkably lighter weight and that’s okay with me.

Same was true on my last long fast, 10+ years ago. 3rd day for me is brutal.

@DOGE @USGSA I can’t wait to see this! It makes total sense to consolidate until you tackle admin levels and the numerous feeds into other systems. HR always ties into training and budget. One solution for it all or manual entries to multiple systems? 🤷‍♀️

@MZHemingway It’s not a big deal at all, most fed supervisors get these every week from employees. The point is the sender is outside chains of command, all responses are FOIA-able, and feds take trng every year on improper disclosure of info.
