This should not be limited only to Eid or any one festival.

These rules for animal transport, slaughter regulations, cruelty prevention, hygiene, and veterinary monitoring should be strictly followed every single day across India in a transparent and professional manner.

Every State Government, Union Territory Administration, Municipal Authority, Police Department, Animal Husbandry Department, and concerned agency must work together to create a proper nationwide animal welfare monitoring system.

There should be: • Transparent transport systems
• GPS monitored rescue & transport vehicles
• Proper licensed slaughter regulation
• Strict anti-cruelty monitoring
• AC/temperature-controlled vehicles for long-distance animal transport
• Veterinary supervision during transportation
• Emergency animal helpline systems
• Accountability and public monitoring

Animals are living beings, not objects.

Proper rule and regulation should exist not only during festivals but throughout the year for every animal transported, rescued, treated, or handled anywhere in the country.

For real animal welfare, India now needs strong implementation, transparency, accountability, and modern veterinary infrastructure.
