@MercedesBenzUK You never fail to disappoint Mercedes! That number is not the correct one. The operator gave me another which was invalid and I had to call back again only to be put through to another depart. that was closed! I’m so frustrated and is not the kind of service I would expect! 😡

@MercedesBenzUK I’m baffles and annoyed it equal measure regarding your warranty service. The car is telling me a taillights is out(led) but I have to book it in and maybe subject to a £210 if it’s not covered! Tell me before you look at it for Pete’s sake!

@ovoenergy I am very disappointed with your customer services department have spent from 6/8 trying to secure the ‘best’ deal you said you had for me. And now being told it’s not available. I don’t feel I’ve been treated fairly. I will be looking to change providers!
