But the real challenge is proving they actually did what I approved, rather than just trusting what they report back.

Hi Philipp, I’ve now run 9 tests with Gemini 4 Argon + Spark (8 serious historical/archival research missions + one more today). Initial rating: 4/10.

Main issues: fabricated discoveries, nonexistent source links, contradictory reports, and unreliable self-audits.

Today’s test was especially frustrating — I asked a simple question about yesterday’s conversations. Argon jumped back to September, mixed up dates, and kept inventing explanations instead of saying “I don’t know / I don’t have access to that.”

My custom 10-point instructions based on Heuer’s analysis methodology are also not being followed.

I want Gemini to succeed, but following instructions, verifying evidence, and knowing when to say “I don’t know” should be basic. Happy to share the full findings with your team.

A @LinkedIn support tech ignored screenshots, repeated tests and clear repro steps for a bug in the LinkedIn plugin inside @ChatGPT. Then he contradicted the product itself and closed the case.

That’s not support. That’s incompetence.

@naurk_dev Same here. I can’t prove Astra caused it, but the timing matches what I noticed. Sol has felt noticeably worse since the rollout, especially with instruction following, context retention, and repeating errors after correction.

Serious quality regression for 24+ hours on GPT-5.6 Sol.

ChatGPT is ignoring parts of prompts, inventing claims I never made, losing context, and repeating the same errors after correction. Right now, it is not usable for real work.

Support AI also failed: it did not properly read my case and sent unrelated help links.
