@virginmedia I ordered it via the chat on your website but it took ages to get through to speak to an actual human, so don't fancy going through all that again. :-) I checked my orders in my account and it's not showing anymore.

@virginmedia our broadband signal is very weak in some areas of our house. I ordered a Wifi Pod back in March. It never arrived. How can I get someone to check this for me? (Ideally without phoning your call centre as I've already sat on hold for ages).

@BritishGas didn’t want to post on here but seems I’ve no option. I’ve lost count of the calls I’ve made to your customer service in Jan/Feb to sort my issue. Each time after a 30min+ call they promise to call me back after it’s “investigated” but they NEVER do! #brokenpromises
