The First Amendment's Free Speech Clause prohibits the GOVERNMENT from suppressing or requiring adherence to particular ideas or messages, not employers
@DaleLPower@Real___iTamara Considering that companies have policies and procedures, one of which being a social media, then the employee, can be terminated for not following the policies. There’s also at will states.
