Super fortunate I found her. She worked for a cleaning company for 3 years prior so the onboarding was crazy efficient. She has more experience than me lol

@LoveladyLuke Yelp is difficult because they hide your reviews super easily. I have 5 live reviews and have 7 or 8 hidden ones, all from real customers. Very frustrating to put in the work all just to have it hidden. Have tried reaching out to my "rep" about it, but they are clueless.

Pretty sure the default on BK is either 24 or 48 hours if the hold option is on. The hold option is in there, just have to look for it.

You can ask the client to confirm the company name. I routinely have people saying we did a charge when it was someone else. People don't remember your biz name like you do lol

@justin_abrams1 I think every SMB will agree that charge backs are terrible, but having to take someone to court is just the other end of the spectrum of terrible.

Definitely need a middle ground. Maybe some streamlined version of arbitration. But none of that would ever happen.

@GamerGirlGrey 13th month pay is actually a legal requirement in the Philippines for local businesses. Definitely a positive to follow through on that custom.

Will be doing it for my VA who started last month.
