@RailwaySeva @drmmumbaicr Since I had a reserved ticket but was provided a General/Unreserved coach, which was extremely crowded with no proper luggage space, I request @IRCTCofficial to kindly provide a refund/appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

@IRCTCofficial I had booked a reserved ticket from Kalyan to Chinchwad on Train No. 11009, PNR 8651860544, but the coach that arrived was a General/Unreserved coach instead of a reserved coach.
This caused major inconvenience and made the journey very uncomfortable.
