@hartgoat News flash : most of the cities have EPA regulations which prohibit wastewater disposal in to the drains. Most of the time it’s because cities treat storm drain water and returning it into the system, and you use it later in your shower :)

I never been morning person and had same beleif as you. Alway turning off alarms automatically.

Routine change is the solution. Change your habbits.
No blue screen light past daytime. Excersise.
If you can't sleep past midnight - wake up as early as you can and try again next day.

When I started working on things during first half of the day, i discovered that my progress is much faster.

Been using obsidian for a while and see a huge benefit of storing files in json.
i already see how it can be combined with lightweight local LLM models thanks to json data storage.
