@SimonCalder we booked a package holiday with TUI but were left stranded when flight was cancelled 10 mins before boarding with 2 young children. Offered no help from TUI because it was an easyjet flight. We paid £1200 for new flights Who do we need to pursue for the refund?

@AirbnbHelp we have accommodation booked to 12 people and you are not offering us a option for refund (or change date because there are none available) due to government recommendation it would be illegal for us to stay. Please advise
