@airvistara Joins the customer tortures now . This is the second time the boarding of flights are done before the boarding time slot mentioned and now the flight UK928 dep 6:30 is stranded in the bay for 2 hrs and no communication on departure by the captain yet on departure.

@airvistara You should have taken us off the aircraft atleast or served tea coffee while the flight was stranded for two hours . Your flight attendants didn’t even bother to pass a water bottle to all . They started off but were least bother if they are serving all .
