@g__j @OctopusEnergy Getting an Octopus heat pump has been an awful experience. Imagine having 3 young children at home, being told to remove our current boiler & then at 2:54 receiving an email stating the installation on the Monday is postponed, with no future install date!?

@HubertMUrban @g__j @OctopusEnergy I like Octopus as a company, I really do but my ASHP experience has been a bit of a nightmare also. They asked that I arrange for my old oil boiler to be removed due to PRESUMED asbestos and then asking for a clean air test at my expense once I had it removed.. £400 ish minimum!
