Artemis II has reached its maximum distance from Earth.

On the far side of the Moon, 252,756 miles away, Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy have now traveled farther from Earth than any humans in history and now begin their journey home. Before they left, they said they hoped this mission would be forgotten, but it will be remembered as the moment people started to believe that America can once again do the near-impossible and change the world.

Congratulations to this incredible crew and the entire NASA team, our international and commercial partners, but this mission isn’t over until they’re under safe parachutes, splashing down into the Pacific.

BREAKING: Rising Democratic Star Congressman Maxwell Frost endorses activist David Hogg for Democratic National Committee vice chair, praising his leadership.

This is exactly what's needed right now...

"I was there days after the Parkland shooting, organizing with him, other survivors, and parents to fight to make sure that what happened at Marjory Stoneman Douglas never happened again anywhere," Frost said in a statement.

"Seeing his leadership then and working with him for many years since, has shown me how important he is to advancing this work, and why we need him to be the next Vice Chair of the DNC," he added.

Both Hogg and Frost are passionate about stopping gun violence. The former co-founded March for Our Lives after the Parkland tragedy. Before joining Congress, Frost served as the group's national organizing director.

Both men are Gen Z and represent a new wave of bold leadership for the party. The time to support them is now!
