@JraissatiJorge 3. The -newly elected- transitional govt will start the long term work of reforming institutions (ie removing all purverse incentive structures -which is then abolishing most) structuring debt&int’l finance, & generally providing basic conditions for Venezuela to flourish.

@JraissatiJorge Guiadoó has a 2yr term as president of the AN, he should aim to hand this off ASAP. His #1 job is to make sure that he can [freely fairly] elect himself _out_ of his job as Presidente encargado/interim. Interim is a ‘rescue team’ not the ‘transitional’, imo
