@justalexoki Fixed it by going gluten free. But it wildly depends on what kind of IBS you have and why. Since it's just a mix undiagnosed people with widely varying symptoms.
@ggraham@cremieuxrecueil@lymanstoneky That seems more like a problem with a heterogenous patient group where some has NCGS, some are sensitive to FODMAPs and some has other non-gluten wheat/grain sensitivities etc.
@wtogami@atranscendedman I get pimples every time i take b-complex with cyanocobalamin, rapid onset usually. I do not get it with any methylated b-vitamin taken separately. Or regular b1,b2,b3

Only problem is that ketosis doesn't work quite as it used to. There seems to be some disruption in the fatty acid metabolism.

I pushed like i would for hard exercise just to maintain household and job for six weeks after covid. Until the crash.

@AlexSprackland I'm only at 2.5. Feels like forever but at the same time like i just lost my old self paradoxically.
