1/3 @IHGhotels and @IHGCorporate it would be great if someone could actually respond to an email regarding a horrible experience at your @Staybridge in Peoria, IL on May 5th. In case you need a reminder, it's the one with photo evidence of the bed bugs I got bit by.

2/3 Not only that, we were told we couldn't speak to a manager into Monday. THEN, after we ask to move rooms, the staff working gave us a key to a room that was OCCUPIED by another guest (that you didn't have on record). The bed bug bites since sent me to the ER with MRSA.
