What’s the refund process when you have to stand for a journey because you cancel trains. The overcrowding is beyond a joke , even if you had a reserved seat you couldn’t physically get to it @CrossCountryUK

@O2 so I’ve used the network checker and it just says the network can be busy in this area and recommends using wifi. If I do that I have to connect, disconnect, close down and restart apps when I pay money for an iPhone 13 pro and a decent amount of data I’m not sure this right?

Nothing better than a cup with a whole load of froth when ordering @CostaCoffee and that’s after I’ve asked for it to be topped up!! Apparently a mocha is a frothy coffee-not half a cup of froth I don’t think!!!!
