Well after 23 years working in the Prosecution and 17 years as an actual Prosecutor it appears to be half time. So I shall have an orange slice and change ends as I become a criminal defence lawyer on Monday.

@BarristerSecret what are your view on the issuing of a community resolution if (as article suggests) the threshold for a criminal offence is not met? I thought abuse of process?
