The Cursor usage is beyond amazing on the Cursor models Grok 4.6/Composer 2.5 I'm literally running an 11 hour goal and still going for 10% of my Monthly cap on a fucking 20$ sub wtf.
Running grok 4.6 xhigh btw
Grok 4.6 is a better overall model than Opus 5.
While Claude Opus 5 excels in frontend development it is slow and lazy in real workflows.
Grok 4.6 on the other hand is fast and affordable with strong backend capabilities and reasoning.
Grok 4.7 will need to solve the frontend weaknesses of Grok 4.6, but has potential to beat GPT 5.6 Sol or even Fable 5.
SpaceX has just officially announced Starbase, Louisiana, a new $100+ billion spaceport in South Louisiana near Pecan Island.
Construction starts in 2027, with the first Starship launch from the new site planned for 2029.
Starbase, Louisiana will be built to support thousands of Starship flights a year. This self-sustaining spaceport will have propellant production, power generation, deep-water shipping capabilities, vehicle processing facilities, and an airport.
SpaceX is committed to investing at least $100 billion and creating more than 3,000 new jobs at Starbase, Louisana hiring heavily from nearby communities and utilizing Louisiana workers’ extensive experience of building complex infrastructure in their unique environment.
In Vermilion Parish, the shoreline is eroding between 3.3 and 23 feet per year. SpaceX is partnering with state and federal agencies to expand Louisiana’s Coastal Master Plan and Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection and Restoration Act projects, including Gulf shoreline protection breakwaters designed to reduce wave energy and slow loss along the Gulf edge.
God damn. I cannot recommend more strongly that everyone, EVERYONE, whether you’re an Eng, pm, or even investor/finance bro, watch this. At LEAST the first half. @poteto was on the react compiler team at meta and an EM at Netflix.
What struck me most is the CLEAR skepticism she once had about agents, how she talks through all the problems IN DETAIL, but how she systematized solving those problems and sort of climbed up the hill of agent incompetence despair.
SpaceX has announced two mega-projects representing at least $116.8 billion in combined investment, all within less than three weeks:
• Terafab in Texas, the world’s largest chip manufacturing facility.
• Starbase, Louisiana, the world’s largest spaceport.
Together, they are expected to create more than 14,000 direct and indirect jobs. One will produce AI chips for use on Earth and in space. The other will support thousands of Starship launches annually.
This is what building the future looks like.
Most of our billionaires and "Titans of Industry" today are in tech or finance…
They make apps or move numbers on a screen. One reason I think Elon deserves respect is that he’s actually building things. Cars, rockets, satellites, chips, factories.
We need more Elons.
Grok usage limits in Cursor just got increased again
Demand for Grok 4.6 has been growing so fast that they already doubled the limits last month with more compute
Now they’re increasing them again....permanently
And this is not just for Grok 4.6
The higher limits will apply across all future Grok models
The team is also already working on making Grok Bot usage last even longer
SpaceXAI keeps scaling usage as fast as people are finding ways to use it
HUGE GOOD NEWS for Cursor users 👀
Another bump to Grok usage in Cursor. Permanent.
On top of last month’s 2x.
Composer 2.5 and future Grok models too.
Grok Bot usage optimizations is next.
Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry says SpaceX is committing $100 billion to develop Starship factories and launch pads in coastal areas of the state. Company seeks to replicate Starbase in Texas "on a larger scale."
BREAKING: SpaceX has just announced a massive $100 BILLION Starship launch site in Louisiana, the largest capital investment project in the state’s history.
The new high-cadence site in Vermilion Parish will:
• Create 3,000+ direct jobs and thousands more indirectly
• Support Starship launches at massive scale
• Include propellant production and power generation
• Have vehicle processing facilities, an airport and deep-water shipping capabilities
SpaceX says the goal is for Starship to eventually launch thousands of times per year, making rocket launches as routine as airplane travel.
Another major step toward scaling Starship and making humanity multiplanetary.
BREAKING: Germany’s Brandenburg state is in talks with @Tesla about bringing autonomous shuttles to rural communities. 🇩🇪
Transport Minister Robert Crumbach confirmed the discussions, saying autonomous vehicles could be integrated into the state’s existing on-demand bus system to help students, seniors and people who cannot drive, while easing driver shortages.
Brandenburg is looking at Tesla’s FSD (Supervised) shuttle pilot in Germany’s Eifel region, where Model Ys are already transporting students and older residents on rural roads.
Legal approvals are still needed, but Tesla could help reshape public transport across rural Germany.
