@Huttiisko@ow Dutch and Swiss passport have same strength. Also with Dutch passport you are allowed to live in any EU country. Not sure about Switzerland. New Zeeland passport is stronger than Australian passport and Canadian passport is stronger than US passport.
@huizenprijzen Modaal inkomen in Nederland is 48000 euro dit jaar. Dus 2x modaal is 96000 euro. Overigens krijg je meestal via je bank meer hypotheek dan via de tool. Bij ons was het ca. 20% meer. Dus die tool is vrij conservatief.

@RnaudBertrand The problem is not him but the French who are refusing any reforms. But it seems all countries are in big trouble. Large debts, shrinking population. A problem across the whole northern hemisphere, Japan, China, France, Italy, US. You name it.
