@Nike Also, I've ordered the same boots but with a green swoosh instead of blue all because you wouldn't send out the replacements due to the colour, even though the boots are identical!! So now I'm out of pocket for 2 pairs of boots, crazy customer service.

@jet2tweets waited 42 days in total for a response to a complaint I submitted on 15th August and still no update (28 days and additional 14 which takes me to today). ABTA says I should of had a response by now and not just an email saying we will get back to you soon.

@EE upgraded today with retentions to a new Samsung S22, but it's been messed up! I'm left not being able to call out or send messages! So much for 125gb data, unlimited calls & texts!! Told it could take 24 hours to sort. I will be cancelling and going elsewhere after 12 years!!

@beefeatergrill these were served to us this evening at the Quay House, Salford Quays. My partner ordered the The Flame Grill Combo but it was absolutely disgusting and inedible! These were supposed to be the grilled chicken wings but they were grey and looked out of date 🤮🤢

Sir Alex Ferguson has undergone surgery today for a brain haemorrhage. The procedure has gone very well but he needs a period of intensive care to aid his recovery. His family request privacy in this matter.
