@Delta Delayed flight JFK to SEA 6.5 hrs and counting. 3.5hrs on the 1st broken plane. Moved to a 2nd plane. 3hrs on 2nd functioning plane.

1.5hr waiting for catering. Now 1.5hr after catering arrived, we have not left and they found out the bags were never loaded. HELP!!
