I sold my Chanel bag on @eBay_UK for £2,787 to help financially while undergoing breast cancer treatment.
@InPostUK said the parcel was intact when handed to eBay’s centre.
eBay said it arrived empty/damaged.
I paid Packlink £150.53 for £2,787 protection. My claim was rejected

@Bell888888888 I am so sorry to hear that, I have also asked for the CCTV but was refused. I think they just make it so difficult that you feel so exhausted you give up, it’s such a lonely and frustrating feeling trying to get a big corporation to talk to you like a person

@WinnietheMao @eBay_UK @InPostUK that is what I have been doing for 3 months. I have had no response from Packlink, I am going round in circles, I have seemingly sent 20 emails into an empty Packlink void, they have not responded since August :(
